Email: contact@visiflora.organichealthremedies.coUsual reply: one to two working days
Corrections take priority over everything else. The seller has already changed its pricing once since our first coverage, so a heads-up when a figure drifts out of line with the live checkout is worth a great deal.
Orders, delivery and refunds
Better to be blunt than leave somebody waiting on a reply that will never arrive: none of this lands at our end. Publishing is the business here, not selling. There is no stockroom, no till and no credential for the vendor's systems. We cannot even confirm your order exists, which rules out altering it, halting it or returning your money.
Your checkout email holds both the order number and the address to write to. Send every item on this list there instead:
- Where the package currently is
- An address that went in wrong
- Pulling an order back before it ships
- Lodging a claim within the sixty days
- Every query that concerns the charge
Nothing in the inbox? Nine times in ten the confirmation has gone to junk.
Questions about your eyes
Whether this suits you, whether it clashes with your medication, what to make of a change you have noticed — a web page cannot answer any of those. They belong with an optometrist, an ophthalmologist or your GP.
Two items from the cautions section are worth taking to that appointment: the beta carotene point if you smoke or used to, and the antiplatelet point if you take blood thinners. Raise them before ordering rather than after.
And if the question is about a change in your vision itself — new floaters, flashes, a shadow, pain, anything sudden — that is a same-day appointment, not an email to us.
If you represent the brand
Factual corrections happen the same day on evidence. What will not happen: removing the beta carotene caution, deleting the note that the advertised savings do not reconcile, or softening the observation that only one ingredient amount is published. All three are accurate and readers are worse off without them.
